I love these Malcolm Starr pieces - they are little works of art and really the best of the whole sixties arts and crafts movement. With the current trend back to maxis they also seem even more relevant. There is something shockingly fresh about wearing an elaborate and colorful maxi skirt with a chic modern top and shoes. This one has been done in a luxe black velvet with the most amazing, bright felt flowers appliqued onto it. You cannot look at this piece with its happy little flowers and not feel wonderful! An amazing combination of color and textures its in excellent condition!
